2010 Colyer Internet Heifer Auction

Welcome to our 9th Annual Internet Heifer Sale!

It is with great “Pride" that we welcome you to our 9th Annual Internet Heifer Sale.  This is the largest group of females we have ever offered and also the most diverse as far as ages and pedigrees.  We have selected and mated females with the intent of being able to offer heifers in different age divisions.  The fact that there are also Horned and Polled heifers adds to that diversity.

Past Colyer Internet Heifers have had a huge impact on breeding programs as well as the entire Hereford industry.  They have won numerous championships at the major Hereford shows.  Their greatest “claim to fame” is their ability to “breed on” and produce progeny that are sought after nationwide.  As the popularity of the Hereford breed continues, it will be these superior young females backed by strong cow families, that will move the breed forward.  Past internet females that have made a major impact include “Notice Me”, “Notice Me Now”, “2003”, “She’s Got Game”, “Chanel”, “Cowgirl”, “6141” and “7111”.  We feel this year’s offering will add to that elite list.  The show quality runs deep and also includes females with real “cow power”.  What is also exciting for us is that there is a large group of “second generation” internet females.  These are heifers that have mothers that were in past internet sales.  When you can stack several generations of superior females up close in a pedigree, rapid progress will result. 

We thank all of our past customers and especially the repeat customers that continue to follow and support our program.  We encourage and invite everyone to come to the ranch to inspect the offering or attend the sale on October 2, 2010. 

The sale will be conducted the same as the last several years. You can log on at www.liveauctions.tv to register and bid there.  The sale will begin on September 27th until 5pm MST on October 2nd.  At that time we will broadcast live from the sale barn for the final bidding and closeout.
