We had some reservation about selling this "Cowboy" daughter because she was born in December. After some thought we felt we could not leave this good of a female out of the internet sale no matter what. She is one of the most complete fault free heifers we have to offer this year. She has been a stand out in the natural born calves all spring. Sure, "7001" will have to show against older heifers this year but we feel she has the tools to compete anywhere. She is a big-bodied bold ribbed female that is hard to find a hole in. Her mother "4083" is a great producing young cow that traces back to "93123" which was the mother of "Classy Cat" later named "Lass 1000". Kasey Herman led this heifer to the Reserve National Champion title at the Jr. National Hereford show in South Dakota. This heifer also won the National Western Junior show as a calf and was many times champion at other major shows. "7001" has that same look and we feel she has too much potential to forget about her because of her age. |
